4,The production process

Add HCl and HCHO to the reactor (1), open the gas-liquid circulation mixing reaction pump (2), add PH3 to the gas-liquid circulation mixing reaction pump (2), and absorb PH3 through the gas-liquid circulation mixing reaction device at 50-60℃, and the PH3 that is not fully absorbed enters the next gas-liquid circulation mixing reaction pump.
