(1) Copolymerized PPk8003(50%) : homopolymerized PPt30s(50%) :PPMC8013 flame retardant masterbatch (6%), 0.8mm,1.6mm flame retardant out of the fire.
(2) Copolymerized PPk8003(50%) : Homopolymerized PPt30s(50%) :PPMC8013 flame retardant masterbatch (5%), 0.8mm,1.6mm flame retardant out of the fire for 1-2 seconds.
(3) Copolymerized PPk8003(60%) : homopolymerized PPt30s(40%) :PPMC8013 flame retardant masterbatch (7%),
0.8mm,1.6mm flame retardant from the fire 1-2 seconds extinguish.

The bromo-antimony in PP flame retardant masterbatch LXM-PPMC8013 can play a good synergistic flame retardant effect, after reaching the decomposition temperature, the flame retardant masterbatch decomposed HBr and antimony compounds, and formed SbBr3 after further absorbing heat, HBr and SbBr3 themselves have a good flame retardant effect, and can also diluted the combustible gas and oxygen around polypropylene. The SbBr3 after the decomposition of PP flame retardant masterbatch LXM-PPMC8013 has a certain char forming effect, covering the surface of PP material, preventing internal and external heat exchange, and playing a flame retardant role of condensate phase.
