PP halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch LXM-70113 features low smoke density, high transparency, low addition amount, environmental friendliness, non-clogging of filters, good weather resistance, no fiber breakage, and high cost-effectiveness. It can be used in high-transparency PP films, polypropylene spinning, artificial grass, new energy battery packaging materials, and halogen-free low-smoke density products for automotive and high-speed rail systems. It is a low-smoke, environmentally friendly flame retardant masterbatch specifically for polypropylene.

IV. Packaging and Storage

Inner plastic and outer woven fabric, net weight 25KG per bag. Store and transport as non-toxic and non-hazardous goods. Avoid moisture.

Polypropylene fiber is lightweight, strong, and chemically resistant, widely used in carpets, geotextiles, clothing, and household goods. However, its limiting oxygen index (LOI) is only 17-18%, making it highly flammable. LXM-70113 flame retardant masterbatch requires a smaller addition amount than ordinary halogen-free flame retardants. It offers advantages such as low smoke and low toxicity, good compatibility with PP resin, and continuous and stable spinning. Processing requires temperature control to prevent decomposition, and ensures dispersion and drying. It is compatible with conventional spinning equipment.
