I. Product Introduction
Aluminum Diethylphosphonate(ADP)-LXF-A392 for coatings is a white powder with ultra-fine particle size, narrow particle size distribution, high hydrophobicity, high temperature resistance, and no precipitation. It exhibits good dispersion in organic solvents such as toluene, acetone, and methyl ethyl ketone. Polymers containing Aluminum Diethylphosphonate(ADP)-LXF-A392 produce an expanded char layer during combustion, effectively isolating oxygen, preventing heat exchange, and inhibiting further flame spread. This flame retardant is non-hydrolyzed, non-precipitating, and possesses excellent char-forming and self-extinguishing properties. It is particularly suitable for coatings, epoxy sealants, and other applications.

III. Application Areas
Aluminum Diethylphosphonate(ADP)-LXF-A392 is suitable for various fields such as coatings and epoxy sealants. Due to its unique particle size distribution, it is suitable for applications requiring halogen-free flame retardancy and high electrical and thermal stability. It can be added alone or in combination with other halogen-free flame retardants and inorganic fillers to achieve higher halogen-free flame retardant effects and better comprehensive electrical, mechanical, and heat resistance properties. High-speed stirring after addition can optimize the dispersion of the flame retardant. The processing temperature should not exceed 350℃.
